Autumn is a wonderful season! We enjoy the autumn days at the Khachapuri restaurant and warm up over a cup of tea with hearty dishes and heartfelt conversations. The harvest has been gathered, and the restaurant’s menu is rich in bright and delicious dishes. We make pkhali appetizer from mushrooms, serve fried chanterelles with corn porridge and stewed beef, and offer mushroom and potato puree with stewed lamb as a main course. Among the warming dishes are a vibrant pumpkin soup and the traditional fish soup “Tezis tsvniani”. Try the “lamb ribs” — a rack of lamb grilled on the barbecue with shashlik sauce and a lamb steak. For seafood, we serve red mullet, tender and incredibly tasty, with tartar sauce.
