Early check-in.

Check-in before 15.00 is paid in the amount of 50% of the cost of the day.

Late check-out.

Additional payment: before 18.00 - in the amount of 50% of the cost of the day, after 18.00 - a full day.

Upon check-in, a deposit is required in the amount of:

1500 rubles in single rooms with 1.5 beds and a dormer window, in standard rooms with a view of the atrium.

3000 rubles in standard city view, Comfort, Studio, Deluxe, Suite and Executive Suites.

Accommodation with children.

Important! Persons under the age of 18 can only stay at the hotel with their parents or other accompanying persons.

For children under 2 years of age, the hotel accommodation is free of charge. We will also provide free breakfasts, cots, bed linen and chamber pots for children for your kids.

Accommodation of children from 2 to 12 years old in the main sleeping place with their parents is free of charge (breakfast is not included).

The cost of an additional bed (euro cot or pull-out sofa, depending on the room category) will be 1,500 rubles /day, including breakfast.

Accommodation with animals.

We are ready to accept guests with pets — dogs of small breeds weighing up to 5 kilograms.

Do not leave pets unattended in the room, in the lobby, on the territory of the hotel without a special carrier. Upon check-out, a mandatory check of the maid's room is required. If the pet causes damage to the hotel property, the Guest will be obliged to reimburse it. In case of violation of the rules or aggressive and noisy behavior of the pet, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Guest staying with the pet.

Pets are allowed only in Standard rooms. The cost of a pet's stay is 1,250 rubles/day.

Smoking is prohibited in rooms and other rooms at the Old Town SPA Hotel.In case of violation of the smoking ban in the room, the Guest will have to pay an additional 100% of the room rate per day for cleaning the room and eliminating odors.
